Fully Self-Contained Testing
Unit
 The
Farris T6000 Universal Test Stand is designed to simplify pressure
relief valve testing by providing a fully self-contained unit
capable of handling all your testing requirements. This unit
tests valves on both air and water up to a maximum pressure
of 6000 psig.
The unit comes complete with all adapters necessary for testing valves with ½" through
8" inlet connections. Air pressure to 3000 psig is supplied by a three stage,
air-cooled compressor which is included as standard equipment. Pressures from
3000 to 6000 psig are supplied through the use of a gas driven booster pump.
The Farris T6000 features a single test station which accommodates all valve
sizes. Air pressure to 6000 psig is stored in a carbon steel accumulator tank.
A stainless steel test drum minimizes corrosion. All necessary test gauges (digital)
are included along with a pressure relief valve for safety. Models are also available
for test pressures of 1500 and 2500 psig.
